Yes. Updates to the MITECO catalogue are integrated automatically. The formulas and parameters of each template are updated without user intervention.
How many users can access the same account?
It depends on the plan: Básico 1 user, Profesional 3, Corporativo 10, Delegado 25. All with simultaneous access to the account's files and features.
Do I need to install anything or does it work from the browser?
CertificAhorro is a web application. No installation required. It works from any modern browser on a computer, tablet or mobile.
Are my data and files secure?
Yes. Data is stored on European servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Each account is completely isolated and only accessible with your organisation's credentials.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. You can export your complete portfolio in Excel and JSON from My account > Data, even after cancelling (available 30 days after cancellation).
