Transparent commissions, from 0.15%
The marketplace commission consists of two parts billed separately to the seller and the buyer (RD 1619/2012). The total ranges between 0.30% and 1.30% of the amount depending on the Sujeto Delegado's plan and the Sujeto Obligado's annual purchase volume. Seller commission (Sujeto Delegado)
Fixed fee based on the selling organization's SaaS Gestión plan. Sujetos Delegados who are already Corporativo or Delegado customers automatically get the reduced fee on their marketplace sales.

Buyer commission (Sujeto Obligado)
Tiered fee based on the total accrued purchase volume (in MWh) made over the last 12 months by the Sujeto Obligado. The tier is captured as a snapshot at the time of each transaction.

Billing
- Accrual: at the signing of the sale contract (CONTRACT_SIGNED).
- Two separate invoices: one to the seller for their part, one to the buyer for theirs (RD 1619/2012).
- Direct SEPA payment between the parties: CertificAhorro does not intervene in the CAE's own flow of funds. It only bills its commissions.
- IVA: HM Capital SARL (publisher of CertificAhorro) is established in France. Invoices to Spanish B2B customers are issued without French VAT with the wording "Operación exenta. Inversión del sujeto pasivo" (Art. 84.Uno.2º Ley 37/1992 IVA). The Spanish customer self-assesses IVA 21%.
