Which plan is right for me?
Intermediaries: Básico (49 €) for installers with up to 5 files per year. Profesional (149 €) for engineering firms and ESCOs with up to 25 per year. Delegated parties: Corporativo (399 €) for delegated parties with up to 75 files per year, Gestor Autonómico tracking and Registro Nacional. Delegado (899 €) for large-scale delegated parties with unlimited volume and the API.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes. With annual billing you get 2 months free (about 17 % off). Básico: 39 €/month (468 €/year). Profesional: 119 €/month (1,428 €/year). Corporativo: 329 €/month (3,948 €/year). Delegado: 749 €/month (8,988 €/year).
How do the file limits work?
Limits are calculated over the last 12 months: Básico 5/year, Profesional 25/year, Corporativo 75/year, Delegado no limit. The limit is restored gradually: when a file passes 12 months, it frees up a slot.
What is the difference between the intermediary and delegated plans?
The Básico and Profesional plans are designed for intermediaries (installers, engineering firms, ESCOs) who build files and transmit them to a delegated party. The Corporativo and Delegado plans include functions exclusive to the delegated party: Gestor Autonómico tracking, Registro Nacional and settlement, and reception of files from intermediaries.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. 30 free days with full access to the Profesional plan, no credit card required. At the end, choose the plan that best fits your volume.
Can I start with one plan and upgrade?
Yes. The upgrade is immediate and applies to the next billing cycle. All files and data are preserved.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your files and documents. Data is not deleted automatically during this period.
