How long are CAE calculated with datasheet RES022 valid?

The CAE certificate has an administrative validity of 3 years (article 6 of Real Decreto 36/2023), but the kWh counted are only those of the annual saving: in Spain it is not multiplied by the action's service life.

What documents do I need for datasheet RES022?

Five documents are required: D1 (reference situation), D2 (technical documentation of the new equipment), D3 (invoice or contract), D4 (before/after photographic report), D5 (supporting savings calculation).

Are datasheet RES022 calculations accepted by ENAC verifiers?

Ano de construccion	-	Franja de ano de construccion del edificio. Codigo: 1 = hasta 1978, 2 = 1979-2006, 3 = desde 2007.
Consumo de calefaccion previo (CEF)	kWh/ano	Consumo de energia final de calefaccion segun el certificado energetico previo a la actuacion (kWh/ano). El ahorro se topa al 50% de este valor.
Resistencia termica obtenida (Rt)	m2K/W	Resistencia termica del aislamiento instalado (m2K/W). Minimos exigidos: C >= 3,8 ; D >= 4,0 ; E >= 4,7.
