What do I need to provide if the GA requests a correction on the report?
In accordance with art. 13 of Orden TED/815/2023, open the file's Corrections view, record the GA's observation, attach the verifier's revised report (with declared and confirmed values consistent) and respond within the deadline. I will calculate the deadline from the notification date.
I have 3 small files of 12 MWh each for the same client. What should I do?
You can group them in accordance with art. 14 of Orden TED/815/2023 if they share the same beneficiary, CCAA and period. The group exceeds the 30 MWh threshold. I will open the Groupings module so you can select the eligible files.

Sofía can suggest contextual actions and support you in carrying them out (opening the relevant module, pre-filling fields), but critical actions (signing, submitting, deleting) require your explicit confirmation. During the trial, Sofía can also change your plan if you ask her to.
Is Sofía available on all plans?
