The CUPS (Codigo Unificado de Punto de Suministro) must follow the format ES + 16 digits + 2 control letters. The beneficiary's NIF/CIF must be valid. The Acto de Compromiso must predate the start of the works. The energy saving must exceed 30 MWh. These checks must be automatic.

The MITECO Portal requires exact naming for the file's documents: S1, S2, S2-I, S3-1, S3-2, S3-3, AC, AP. A file naming error causes the automatic rejection of the file.
